We are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions.

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Only unopened and unused products are eligible for a refund. Opened or used products cannot be refunded.
• Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

1. To request a refund, please email cs@numbuzinus.com.

   • Include your order number in the subject line.
   • Provide the product name(s) you wish to return, a detailed reason for the refund, and photos of the product(s) (including the Lot ID, typically found on the bottom or side of the product).
   • The product must be unopened to qualify for a refund.

2. Once your request is received, we will provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 2 weeks, and your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the transaction.

Refund Exclusions

• Sale items: All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
• Used products: Any product that has been opened or used is not eligible for a refund.
• Order cancellations: Orders that have already been processed and/or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Shipping issues: If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact customer service immediately for assistance.
• Stolen or lost packages: If the package is marked as delivered but is stolen or lost, we cannot offer a refund.

Additional Information

• Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Expiration date
The expiration date of this product is stated on the product detail page if it is less than 1 year remaining. Returns or refunds are not available for products nearing their expiration date.
