REFUND POLICY

30 days return policy If you're looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return your unused item(s) for a full refund within 30 days from the date the products were received. However, customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping and up to 20% restocking fee. The items have to be unused and in original condition.  Please email us at cs@numbuzinus.com 

Damaged item(s) / Wrong item(s) return policy
If you have received damaged items or wrong items, you can make a return request through the Numbuzin US Official customer service team along with an attachment of a picture for proof.  

Allergic Reactions or Adverse Skin Conditions
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to products that we sell.

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed once shipped. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. We apologize, original and return shipping fees are not refundable.
