Q1: Why are the containers different for each series?

The 9 different series use containers optimized for the formulation of their contents. Below is a guide to the types of containers used by each series.

Q2: Series 7-9 feel lighter compared to other series. Do they contain less product?

Series 7-9 use airless bottles due to the higher viscosity of their contents. Airless bottles, which are made of plastic, are lighter than glass bottles because plastic is lighter and easier to manufacture. Also, glass bottles are heavier even when empty. Therefore, these series might feel lighter but still contain the same amount (50ml) of product. The product level might appear slightly higher in the airless bottles compared to glass ones, which is typical for new products.

Q3: In series 7-9, there seems to be an empty space between the contents. Is the product filled correctly?

Due to the high viscosity of the contents in series 7-9, airless bottles might show an empty space when viewed from the outside. This is a characteristic of airless bottles and the viscosity of the contents. However, rest assured that the product is filled with the correct 50ml amount. The contents are safe to use and are normal.

Daily Serum usage
1. In the serum/lotion step of your morning and evening routine, apply 2-3 pumps to your entire face. For areas with concerns about loss of elasticity, apply an additional layer for focused care.
