STANDARD DELIVERY COSTS
Standard shipping within the continental US is free on all orders $80 and over, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied. The shipping takes 5-9 business days after the order is placed using USPS.
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $18 for all orders up until $79.99.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped outside of Korea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; numbuzin has no control over these charges, nor can numbuzin predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Refund Policy
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can assist with a refund or replacement. We cannot exchange products or accept returns for a simple remorse.
Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing.
- Only products purchased on numbuzinus.com may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- We cannot accept items purchased from another retailer for a refund or replacement.
- We cannot replace or refund partially used products or products with broken seals.
- If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
- We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot accept to replace or issue a refund.

This toner hydrates very, very well. The one thing that I love is I can layer this without my skin feeling sticky! Maybe this is because of the Belgian hot spring water ingredients I think. I was worried if it would fit me well because I have sensitive skin, but it fits me well and my skin feels so fresh.

I've been looking for moist toner and using this and that, but This “Makeup Boosting tonber” is TOTALLY DIFFERENT! As introduced, it's moist as if you've applied another toner 7 times. I usually apply moisturizing cream several times because of the dryness, but after I used this, it was unnecessary!
I use this product in the morning and evening! Before using this, it was stressful to put on makeup on the nose, forehead, and areas with pimples in winter because of my dead skin cells. But after using this, make up is going on my face so well!!!. And one more, it gives a nice glowy and healthy look. Will always repurchase it.

Very lightweight and layerable without feeling heavy!!! As explained, even after a single application I feel my skin soothing. Also, I heard there might be likes and dislikes because of the strong scent, but I liked the scent. This is one of my favorite scent. It's not that strong.
It's so nice because it helps with my dryness. I spent a lot of money on cosmetics due to my sensitive skin and acne on my chin and cheeks, but the effect was minimal. But this toner doesn't cause any trouble! I can't believe I'm FINALLY meeting this product. The skin tone became brighter and clearer.
